Patsy May

I am from a small town in Suffolk not far from Cambridge. I studied film and drama at university and I am an all-round character actor. As a puppeteer, I have built and performed many puppets, particularly when working in the USA. I am a keen illustrator and also can provide a variety of different voices, spoken and singing. Patsy is entirely my own creation and has gradually developed over the years, finally resulting in the character as featured on Britain's Got Talent in 2014. Although it might look simple, performing her is not as easy as it looks as it requires lots of patience, uncomfortable positions, and quick thinking when it comes to improvising and lip synching in a character and accent very different to my own!
